Album Rating: 2. You didnt appear to mention of of the aquatic sound samples or overall dark misty atmosphere that of one of a ship doomed to oblivion. Otherwide good effort. Still need to finish my review for thsi however.

Digging: Kim Petras - Clarity. I just don't know anything about the concept. Well I mean the synthesizers on this record, while understated certaintly add much of the texture to this. On another note, not really, artwork is still completely amazing. That ship is going down. You mean Sun Of The Blind?

I was too busy moshing to the amazing guitar riffs. So wait you guys made the ghost ship stuff up? Gonna get this later today. Fantastic album. No I didnt make up the ghost ship? Look at the cover, listen to the pirateship organ melody which I forget which song specifically, look at their pirate rocker inspired corpsepaint.

This is totally ocean metal bro. It's a small nitpick but it would really imrpove the flow of that sentence. Otherwise solid job.

I am not going to check this out though, too much stuff, tool ittle time, and i do not need any more. Geist Galeere 4. Review Summary: A misleading album that draws you in with peaceful ambience and then drowns you in a flood of icy riffs. Rank: for After about a minute or so of dapping in WITTR-esque ambience, Geist cuts the crap and leaps straight into the maelstrom.

From start to stop, Galeere is one leviathan of an album. Instead of expanding on the gloomy shoe gaze style black metal that they displayed early on, Geist opens up the sky and brings down a torrent of hard hitting riffs.
