Unknown error during application install 919

This happens both on WiFi and on 3G, so the top answer to this question is not applicable.

Using a cache cleaner , I freed up some cache, netting me a little over MB free space in the app storage. I then updated, and it worked.

Freeing the cache again after the update, I only had MB left. I also saw that the cache for the Play Store was about 28 MB, so apparently that's the size of the download for the Chrome update. Using a disk analyzer , I found out that Chrome after the update uses over MB for the apk What I think happened, is that it downloaded about 28 MB, then unpacked that to MB, then replaced the existing apk with that.

To be honest, I think that's quite a lot. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do the next one. Also, as noted in my other question , Chrome uses quite a lot of data as well. I have no idea what's in there and no clue how to clean that other than deleting it all , which probably isn't a good idea.

Even I get same error when I have slower internet speeds. Probably slow internet is the mere problem. Have tried the different suggestions mentioned aboved but still get the same error message. I can download other games but just not this one. This app kept saying error , help me please. Clash of Clans requires powerful hardware to run properly. Have you checked your hardware and free space properly? You can just tell me what happened though, may be I can help further. Pretty unnecessary response to someone trying to help people out.

Can you attempt to explain your issue better so someone can assist? I encountered this error many times. Say for an example if you download an app of size 20mb and when it is downloaded and is being got installed, it may end up taking even mb or more depending upon how compressed data it holds. Certain apps by default get installed on the Internal Memory. So if your internal memory is running low, you may get this issue.

Just try switching to a different network and try downloading the app again. Try it over Wifi if on 3g or 4g network.
