Yes the process is quite simple really. The Upgrade version of 7 will then proceed to install and if it is anything like previous Upgrade Versions of Windows it will ask you to insert the Vista DVD into the Drive to confirm that you can Legally use the Upgrade Disc.
After it has confirmed that you are using the product correctly it will instruct you to replace the Windows 7 Disc into the DVD Drive and complete the Install.

My apologies if this is just beating a dead horse! I'm currently running Vista 32bit Ultimate. On amazon, I pre-purchased an upgrade version for Windows 7 Pro. From what I'm learning here, an actual "upgrade" will not be possible. Is that correct? I don't mind doing a clean install Thanks to all!
